Members of the CHRONOWOUND project team received awards from the Serbian Medical Association of the Niš branch.

At the award ceremony for outstanding contribution in the field of medicine for the year 2023, which was organized by the Serbian Medical Association Niš Branch on 26 December 2024. two members of our project team received awards: Our Prinicapal Investigator, Assist. Prof. Dr. Sanja Stojanović, received an award for outstanding contribution to the development and organization of medical science and the profession, based on the CHRONOWOUND projec which was approved for funding in 2023. Our project team member, Prof. Dr. Stevo Najman, received two awards, the Lifetime Achievement Award for 2023 and the award for the best publication in 2023 in the category of monographs.

CHRONOWOUND Project was discussed at the GPAI Summit Serbia 2024.

The panel was AI-Powered Diagnostics: Transforming Healthcare with Biotech Innovations, hosted by Nenad Filipovic. Esteemed guests were Dimitris Fotiadis, Howard Moskowitz, Zoran Obradović, Christian Guttmann and Nikola Vitković.

The PI of our CHRONOWOUND project gave an invited lecture at The KEMOMIND SCIENCE CONFERENCE, which was held on November 5 in Ljubljana, Slovenia, where she presented the goals of the CHRONOWOUND project and some of the results obtained so far.

Our CHRONOWOUND project team member, Milena Radenković Stošić, defended her doctoral dissertation on 24th December 2024.

The two of our other project team members were in the commission for the evaluation and defense of this doctoral dissertation, Prof. Dr. Stevo Najman as a mentor and a member and the PI of our project Assist. Prof. Dr. Sanja Stojanović as a member of the commission. We congratulate our dear colleague, a young researcher on our project, on this achievement and wish her much success in her future career.
